This video shows a Kinex Cappers® automated bottling line filling and capping bottles. This filling and capping line offers a seamless and efficient way to streamline your production. Using the machines featured in this video, you can reach production rates of 30-40 bottles per minute, but higher rates can be achieved by taking advantage of Kinex Capper's flexible options for different scales of production.
The video shows how the bottles flow through the bottling line, from start to finish. At the start of the line, empty bottles are placed onto a rotary in-feed table with an unscrambler to direct the flow of bottles onto the primary conveyor. The conveyor then moves the bottles to the filling station, where the dual head Relia-Mate™ filling machine precisely fills the bottles to the desired volume.
The conveyor then moves the filled bottles to the cap placement station. Here, a single operator is placing caps onto the filled containers with the help of the Kinex Cappers® Cap Feeding Gate System. The Cap Feeding Gate System simplifies the manual cap placement process on an automated capping line. This user-friendly gate system stops the flow of bottles just before they enter the capping area, making it much easier and faster for the operator to place caps onto the containers. The gate system holds a set number of bottles in a queue until the operator has successfully placed the caps.
The conveyor then moves the bottles with pre-placed caps to the capping station. Here, the Kinex Cappers Relia-Cap capping machine tightens the caps to the desired torque.
The conveyor then moves the filled and capped bottles onto a rotary accumulation table where they can be packed into cartons or cases for storage or distribution.
