ReAgent have been using Kinex Cappers’ equipment for a number of years now. We started out with a benchtop PumpCap bottle capping machine and found this to be very versatile and reliable. We have used the PumpCap machine on 1L bottles fitted with trigger sprays down to 10ml bottles with standard screw caps. The flexibility and ease of setup of this machine are excellent.
When we were in the market for an additional capper we didn’t hesitate to contact Kinex Cappers, the team at Kinex helped us to establish the correct machine for our application. Sample bottles and caps were supplied to Kinex Cappers and we decided to purchase the Relia-Cap Automatic capping machine. Whilst being a more complex machine it was still simple to set up and get running, we were helped by the fact that the machine had been set up for our application prior to delivery.
We have found both cappers to be very well made and have been very happy with the flexibility and reliability of both machines. I have also found the team at Kinex Cappers to be very helpful both before and after purchase of the PumpCap and Relia-Cap capping machines.

To say we are satisfied with our new Relia-Cap, is an understatement!
My wife has been my “Capper” for over 20 years. Sometimes we are bottling 30-40 thousand bottles a month of various containers!! In a word, she is “Tickled” not to have to crank the caps anymore!! The unit is very easy to changeover, sometimes that is a daily task for us. The learning curve is very short; last week, we had four changeovers, from a 24mm ct, 38mm ct, 63mm lug and finally an 82mm lug !! Whew!!

Thanks everyone at Kinex for your help firstly in testing our bottles and jars on your Relia-Cap torqueing machine and returning video footage of the tests for us to view, this gave us the confidence to go ahead and place an order. Secondly as we are based in Ireland getting the Relia-Cap capper CE marked for use in Europe was very important to us. The delivery was fast and the machine was very secure with in the shipping crate. The video training link covered everything from set up on our conveyor to adjustments required to cap various sized containers. Your team had printed the optimum settings for the machine that you had used during the test phase so this helped us set up quickly. We have found the Relia-Cap to be easy to use and user friendly. Just wanted to let you know how please we have been with our Relia-Cap. It is a real improvement over the old Accutek capper we had before. The Relia-Cap is faster and much more accurate. We are now able to cap bottles from 2 ounces through 2.5 gallons without any issue. We just finished seven different runs of more than 2,000 bottles each without any issue. We have also been pleased with the help we have received to answer the few odd questions that have come up. I have no hesitation in recommending the Relia-Cap. It is exactly as described and performs as promised.
