Integrating the Auto-Fill™ Automation Platform with Your Filling Machine
The Auto-Fill™ Automation Platform has been designed to easily integrate with almost any filling machine. We will work with you to ensure that the integration of the Auto-Fill™ Automation Platform with your filling machine is as easy and seamless as possible.
There are Two Primary Steps to Integration:
- We will build a connection between the Auto-Fill™ control box and your filling machine. This connection will allow the control box to actuate your filling machine. To do this, we will ask you questions about how your filling machine is actuated and may have you send us some pictures so we can determine what type of connection would be appropriate.
- We will create a custom mount for your filling nozzles. An example of a custom nozzle mount is shown in the picture to the right. To allow us to build the custom nozzle mount, you can either send us a spare filling nozzle, or provide us with an engineering drawing of the filling nozzle. If you do not have a drawing, we can even work from a picture if you provide us with some of the important dimensions.
