This video showcases a series of short clips highlighting the SA™ semi-automatic capping machine in action, demonstrating its versatility across a wide range of cap and container configurations. The video also presents the different models of the SA™ capping machines, each tailored for specific applications.

The first clip features the SA™ capping machine with a standard base, tightening 28mm caps onto 8 oz. modern round bottles. SA™ capping machines are designed to tighten caps ranging from 10mm to 130mm in diameter and provide exceptional torque accuracy. The operator initiates the capping process by pressing a foot pedal.  The capping machine automatically shuts off the moment the cap reaches the desired torque.

The next clip features the SA™ capping machine equipped with an optional dual push button base, also tightening 28mm caps onto 8 oz. modern round bottles.  The capping process begins only when both push buttons are pressed simultaneously, ensuring enhanced safety and precision.

Following this, the video shows the SA™ capping machine with a foot pedal-activated base, tightening 22mm dropper-style caps. The foot pedal base precisely centers the bottles in preparation for capping and securely holds the bottles throughout the capping process.  The four adjustable grippers can hold any bottle, regardless of its shape, allowing for complete hands free operation of the capping machine.

The next clip demonstrates the SA™ capping machine with a bottle-activated backstop, tightening 24mm mist spray caps with dust over-caps. The capping process begins when the bottle is pressed against the backstop.  The bottle-activated backstop significantly increases the speed and productivity of the capping process by eliminating the need for hand or foot switches.

The next segment features the SA™ capping machine with a lever-activated base, tightening 13mm caps onto 2ml Sarstedt micro tubes. The lever-activated base is particularly useful for short or narrow containers that are difficult to hold during the capping process.

The video then showcases the EZ Slide Grill, a component of the standard SA™ capping machine. In this clip, the machine is tightening large 110mm caps. The EZ Slide Grill features a spring-loaded, plastic-coated stainless steel surface, allowing bottles to glide smoothly over the base. High-friction rubber, exposed through the grill slots during the capping process, prevents the bottle from spinning while the cap is being applied by the capping machine, thereby ensuring a tight and secure closure.

The final clip underscores the versatility of the SA™ capping machine as it tightens 63mm metal lug caps onto glass jars.
