Snap Capper Machine can press on caps that require between 75 and 600 pounds of force to apply

In this video, we’ll demonstrate how the Kinex Cappers® HD™ snap capper effortlessly applies snap-on-caps with precision and ease, even in challenging snap capping applications that require significant force.

The heavy-duty HD™ snap capper applies snap-on-caps, push-on-caps and press-on-caps onto bottles and containers.  It is engineered to tackle the most demanding snap capping tasks, capable of applying between 75 and 600 pounds of force. To prioritize operator safety, the machine is equipped with a polycarbonate safety shield that effectively guards against potential bottle breakage. This shield is designed with an access door that must be securely closed for the machine to operate, providing an added layer of protection. Enhancing safety further, the machine is also equipped with dual push button actuation.  Dual push buttons are considered safeguarding devices. The two push buttons must be pressed simultaneously to initiate the capping process, helping to ensure that the operator’s hands are removed from the capping area during the capping process.

Kinex Cappers® snap cappers streamline the capping process, eliminating the tedious and exhausting task of manual cap application. These machines offer quick, quiet, and ergonomic operation, making them an essential tool for any production line.

Our snap cappers are capable of pressing plastic and metal caps onto various containers, including glass bottles, metal containers, and plastic bottles made from PET, HDPE, LDPE, PVC, and PP. They can also handle a variety of caps such as milk caps, sifters, over caps, plastic pull-up spout caps for tin cans, and lids onto tin cans.

The HD™ snap capper features an external force adjustment dial, allowing precise control over the capping pressure. Its robust construction includes stainless steel and anodized aluminum components, ensuring durability and longevity.
