In addition to snap-on caps, Kinex automatic snap capping machines apply lids, plastic pull up spout caps, over-caps, sifters, dropper inserts, dropper tip plugs, orifice reducers, as well as balls and fitments onto roll-on containers.
All of our automatic snap capping machines are constructed of stainless steel and anodized aluminum for excellent corrosion resistance, strength and durability. They feature a touchscreen display and easy to navigate menu. The monitor displays real time production information, including the number of caps it has applied and the production rate in bottles per minute. Capping programs can be saved and stored for future use.

Since snap capping applications vary greatly from one to the next, and usually require at least a small amount of customization, we ask that you send us samples of your caps and containers so we can determine the price and lead time for your project. Having your samples will also allow us to test the automatic snap capper machine with your caps and containers to ensure that you will be very pleased with your purchase. If you would like, we will be happy to send you videos of the automatic snap capper applying your caps onto your containers. In addition, we will record, save, and share with you all of the recommended settings so you can get up and running quickly.
