ReAgent have been using Kinex Cappers’ equipment for a number of years now. We started out with a benchtop PumpCap bottle capping machine and found this to be very versatile and reliable. We have used the PumpCap machine on 1L bottles fitted with trigger sprays down to 10ml bottles with standard screw caps. The flexibility and ease of setup of this machine are excellent.
When we were in the market for an additional capper we didn’t hesitate to contact Kinex Cappers, the team at Kinex helped us to establish the correct machine for our application. Sample bottles and caps were supplied to Kinex Cappers and we decided to purchase the Auto-Mate Automatic capping machine. Whilst being a more complex machine it was still simple to set up and get running, we were helped by the fact that the machine had been set up for our application prior to delivery.

We have purchased two capping machines from Kinex Cappers. The first was the PS-200 hand held capper which was great and is still in daily use and a good piece of equipment that does exactly what it was designed for. The second capper is the Pump Cap Machine which is excellent for tightening trigger spray caps and is a great piece of equipment to tighten both regular caps and trigger spray caps. The PumpCap has made work simpler for my staff and omits any wrist stress and fatigue when applying trigger spray caps. It is easy to set up and simple to use and can be used by anyone with due care and attention. I can recommend this machine to anyone involved in this type of work as it will improve and speed up production.

Our new PumpCap Capping Machine has been a valuable addition to our production processes. With an extremely high torque application need, this machine was literally a hand saver because our conventional automatic capper couldn’t provide enough torque to sufficiently apply the closure.
